RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: May 2026
This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all products, goods, and structural components supplied by ROBHAR Enterprises Pty Ltd via the website agriframe.co.za. This policy is strictly aligned with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
1. Custom-Made and Special Order Goods (CPA Section 20)
Important Notice: In terms of Section 20(3)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers do not have a statutory right to return goods that have been custom-made, altered, or specifically manufactured to unique engineering, sizing, or agricultural specifications. Once production or modification starts on a custom structural order, cancellations or returns cannot be accepted unless the product is determined to be structurally defective.
2. Standard / Off-The-Shelf Stock Returns
For standard, non-customized stock items, you may return goods within 10 business days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The goods must be entirely unused, undamaged, and in their original, unaltered packaging.
- All component parts, fasteners, and documentation must be completely accounted for.
- You must provide your original tax invoice issued by ROBHAR Enterprises Pty Ltd as proof of purchase.
3. Defective Goods and Statutory Warranties (CPA Section 56)
All standard products carry a statutory 6-month implied warranty against manufacturing defects, material failures, or structural hazards. If a product proves defective within this 6-month window, you are legally entitled to your choice of:
- A direct repair of the component.
- A replacement of the defective item.
- A full refund of the purchase price.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect installation (where not performed directly by us), alterations, structural overloading, severe weather events, or ordinary wear and tear.
4. Return Logistics and Costs
Unless goods are determined to be defective or delivered in error, the customer is entirely responsible for the transport arrangements and logistical costs associated with returning items to our Stikland facility. We highly recommend using a secure courier service that provides tracking and shipment insurance.
5. Processing of Refunds
Once returned items are received at our warehouse, they will undergo a formal quality inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days under the following payment regulations:
- Card & Digital Payments: In strict compliance with banking and card network security regulations, payments made via credit/debit card, Capitec Pay, or Instant EFT through our secure payment gateway (Peach Payments) will be reversed directly back to the original card or bank account used during the initial transaction.
- Reflecting Time: Once a digital reversal is initiated through our gateway provider, it typically takes **3 to 10 working days** to reflect in your account, depending entirely on your banking institution’s standard processing cycles.
- Manual/EFT Payments: For traditional manual bank transfers paid outside the gateway, refunds will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly into the customer’s verified South African bank account. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
